We’re excited to introduce a new way to be part of the Climate Change & Business Conference.
For the first time, we’re collaborating with the Christchurch Sustainability Professionals Network to host a satellite livestreaming hub for the conference. This means South Island delegates can choose to attend the conference at Te Pae in Ōtautahi Christchurch, or join us in person at the main event in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
The benefits of a Ōtautahi Christchurch satellite hub include:
• Lower carbon footprint: Attendees in the South Island could participate without the need to fly, directly reducing travel emissions.
• Broader access: It creates opportunities for people who might not otherwise have the time, funding, or flexibility to travel to the main venue.
• Stronger local connections: Attendees will be able to engage face-to-face with peers during breaks, strengthening regional networks and collaboration.
• Wider reach for the conference: By opening up a new geographic hub, the event will attract greater overall attendance and visibility, amplifying its impact.
• Supporting local communities: the event will be held at Te Pae, ensuring the economic benefits of the event remain in the area.
Registration fees for the Christchurch hub are lower and compare favourably with the registration fees for the Auckland location. Secure your registration prior to 30 June 2026 and make the most of the Early bird rates!
Christchurch satellite hub: Please note that registrations for the Christchurch Satellite Hub include day catering, name badge, access to the conference event app and delegate attendee list, all plenary sessions and sessions in Stream A and Stream B. Due to the nature of the sessions in Stream C, these are not able to be livestreamed.
